The Order of the Pesach Seder in the Judeo-Spanish Tradition

This is another belated video for Passover. The order of the Pesach Seder is chanted in the Judeo-Spanish tradition. The language is Hebrew, but the custom reflects the tradition of Spanish and Portuguese Jews who left the Iberian Peninsula and settled in the Ottoman Empire.

Musically, the Judeo-Spanish tradition is very different than the melodies of the Western Sephardim, that is the Spanish and Portuguese Jews (primarily former Conversos) who settled in the Amsterdam, Hamburg, London, etc.
